Overview
The ZM305 standard Weight Indicator is ideal for truck scales, floor scales, batching, vessels and in motion conveyors.
This indicator is available in two versions. The ZM305 Multifunctional Weight Indictor with a numeric entry comes standard with a range of software apps to streamline processes such as, in-motion weighing, general weighing, accumulation, batching, filling, counting, and checkweighing. The ZM305 Truck I/O has dedicated inbound and outbound key. This version is supplied with a timesaving detection truck in/ out app to help calculate and monitor all freight movements over the truck scale while accurately calculating the booked in/out net weights, saving time and money for operators and drivers.

With its 10v excitation and 10,000d legal for trade approval, the ZM305 is suitable for any single or dual base system, making it perfect for businesses that trade by weight. it is designed to connect up to most analog truck scales, bench scales, floor scales and hopper systems. This indicator can drive up to 14 x 350-ohm load cells. It is approved for use in a wide range of global regions (NTEP /Measurement in Canada, UK/EC/OIML).
Designed to ensure compatibility and communication between old and new peripheral technologies, the ZM305 has multiple serial ports, a USB port and an Ethernet socket that can be configured to support a number of independent devices, both DHCP client/server. The ZM305 is designed to monitor and capture key weight data in the background. It is able to connect to PCs, PLCs, printers, scanners, relays and remote displays, making it perfect for controlling and monitoring each step of the process.
The ZM305 can hold one option card internally to provide more flexibility to the indicator to work within a required process. The options cards that can be used are:
