With Measurement Canada and NTEP approval as legal-for-trade systems, Shallow Pattern truck scales arrive on site fully assembled for ease and speed of installation. These Scales are shipped in sections and installed as self-contained modular portables or permanent scales that are comprised of singular or multi-bridge systems requiring installation and commissioning.

I-beam design, strength and safety built-in

These heavy duty shallow pattern scales are designed so that the main “I” beam which runs along the edge of the scale serves as a strong, effective barrier against accidental drive-offs. Load cells are accessed from the sides of the weighbridge for ease of maintenance.

A flexible vehicle weighing solution  

The Shallow Pattern truck scale comes in a variety of lengths and widths and can be provided with either a steel or concrete deck, making it suitable for a wide range of customer requirements.

Designed for accuracy

Load cells can withstand overloading and side loading of 150% of rated capacity while mounting assemblies compensate for the movement of vehicles on the scale –giving an altogether more accurate weight reading.

Permanent or portable solution

The Shallow Pattern is suitable for permanent above ground foundations as well as portable applications, providing users with an added level of flexibility.
