Mastermount Load Cell Assembly

Overview

The MasterMount is a unique load cell assembly for silo, tank and vessel weighing. It is available in a range of heavy capacities, up to 30,000kg. It is available as an ATEX variant, for use in potentially explosive environments. The unique mounting accessory houses a VC3500 load cell.

Significant time and cost savings on installation and removal

The MasterMount has been designed for simple installation and removal of a load cell without the aid of specialist tools such as lifting jacks or other equipment.

The design avoids the need to use dummy cells, while the lever and cam mechanism allows the top plate of the loading assembly to be raised and lowered with a 180 degree turn. As a result, the load cell assembly offers major savings when it comes to installation time and costs.

The stainless steel, IP68 / IP69K hermetically sealed load cell is retained in the assembly by simple pins. This avoids the use of fiddly retaining clips. It features substantial anti-lift-off protection and is suitable for the harshest industrial environments.
