On the job training
Learning by doing is our approach, therefore you will find the majority of your training will be on the job focused, rather than attending external training.
We adopt a 70/20/10 approach to Individual Development Planning; this means that 70% of our employee’s development comes through stretched assignments and projects. 20% comes through learning through overs, and only 10% of development comes through formal training courses / programs. This means the development is very targeted and enables our employees to develop at a quicker pace.
